Love your blog. I passed by and thought I'd leave a comment. I to have been commited in taking care of myself and try to instill that lifestyle onto my family as well. By the way, I happen to like most of those things you listed. Ugh. I do know what you mean though with the yellowing of the teeth with age. Ugh!
