Partner Up

Getting back into an exercise regime or beginning one for the first time can be really, really difficult. Because it's all about establishing a routine and this takes time, it's important to honestly assess what your weaknesses are (everyone as them) and compensate for them. Example: Several of my friends keep saying that they want to start working out, but either they can't find the time or they need motivation. I think we've either all heard this before or have said these same exact words. My response? Unless you work 24/7, there is always time to exercise even if it's for 30 minutes and if motivation is the problem, partner up with someone. This can be a really great way to keep on another going, establishes some "healthy competition," and helps reduce the dull drums. Therefore, whatever your workout weaknesses are, there are always options!
